Policies

On or before our first session, I ask my clients to sign a Service Agreement. This document summarizes the services, fees, and policies of Cazares Organizing.

Cancellation/Reschedule         

Schedules change, emergencies happen, we forget appointments, etc. – I understand, but if a cancellation of a scheduled session is made less then 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, it will result in forfeiture of half the scheduled hours of that session.  Any changes to the schedule must be made no less then 24 hours prior to the date scheduled. I will make every effort  to honor reasonable requests for re-scheduling.

Payment Terms                  

All packages must be pre-paid and are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeale. Package hours not used within 6 months of purchase will expire.

Travel 

Travel of 60 miles round trip (from Concord, CA) is included in my fees. Travel charges will be applied when travel exceeds 60 miles round trip at the rate of $1/mile, plus any applicable tolls.

Shopping                                   

Any materials we mutually agree upon will be billed to you by Cazares Organizing , including shopping time at a rate of $55 per hour. Shopping time is usually performed outside of your session time.

Donation Drop Off                     

During the purging process clients often identify things that they wish to donate. I am happy to take these items to a local charity, and obtain a tax receipt for your records.
